Lean games

Bedaux develops and facilitates business games in collaboration with VSI, based on its own concept.

Dynamics, excitement, physical activity, and creativity are the starting points for serious games, where participants are encouraged to experiment with business processes, leadership, and teamwork. The business games are designed for companies and service organizations, with groups of 8 to 25 participants. For larger groups, parallel games are possible. In almost all games, participants build objects according to customer orders. The necessary information and parts are collected by the participants through teamwork during the game.
Upon request, a game can be developed that is fully tailored to the goals, culture, and processes of the client.
